Neck pain is a pain in the neck.
It's not like a sore thumb that only hurts when you whack it or try to use it. Neck pain hurts ALL the time and neck pain lets you know it's there ALL the time.
Neck pain, for those who have experienced it, which is probably you, jumps all over you like fleas on a dirty dog, in just about every move you make and just about everything you do.
During my own years of battling neck pain, I often felt overwhelmingly alone. Those I'd exclusively discuss my neck pain with, were those charging me by the minute. I was determined not to ADD to the bill (it was big enough already). Mostly though, they appeared to be just TOO BUSY for me (and everyone else, so it seemed) and so I usually didn't get the chance.
I would almost have given my left lung for someone to walk and talk with me through my own years of agony. Someone who not only knew what it was like, but most importantly, had actually recovered and was equipped to help others to do the same!

When chronic and severe neck pain hits, much like chronic and severe back pain, it's the very first thing that demands your attention when you wake up, the last thing you think of when you're trying to go to sleep and much of what's in between.
Try as you might, when you're neck is screaming, it is just plain impossible, to hide the blatantly obvious fact that YOU ARE IN PAIN!

My Necks Book is ALL about having your own personal battle plan and your very own portable 'toolkit'. It goes with you wherever you go, to prevent a sore and painful neck, or to help you deal with one if it strikes you down.
When severe neck pain used to strike me down as it so often did, my 'toolkit' at the time consisted solely of a phone number (actually a constantly changing sequence of phone numbers) for the current guru. I'd make the call, wait in line paying for the privilege, until my time finally came to have my neck pain extracted (hopefully).
With 'My Necks Book' toolkit firmly in place, I haven't needed to make the call for years. That boast, if indeed it is a boast, or possibly just a monumentally wonderful thing to be able to say, can be yours.

There's been much criticism come my way by 'those who know better' concerning my first book 'Back For Life', attacking my 'right' to have an opinion and my credentials to dare put those opinions in print, where the unwary public just might be placed in jeopardy at the hands of the so called 'unskilled'. All I have to say is this, for every one endorsement by a patient applauding the results of the 'experts', I'm more than happy to provide five or ten testimonials from 'Back For Life' converts, stating how they had given up in despair on the 'bearers of many titles' (after years of expensive failures) and found success from a simple little self-help book written by a no-name like me. Sound reasonable?
SO, where are my credentials and my mandate to write 'My Necks Book'? I've had a neck for 48 years and I know a thing or two about what makes it hurt and what makes it better. If I need any more than that, I'm sure the powers that be will do their best to shut me up, but in the meantime let's see what we can do to help as many back and neck pain sufferers as we can.
